Terms & Conditions
Effective and last updated: October 30, 2026
Clear expectations for using our websites and starting a conversation about your project.
These website terms cover ironhorseaes.com and junk.ironhorseaes.com, operated by IronHorse AES L.L.C. (Iron Horse AES).
1. About these terms
Please read these terms before using the sites. They describe website use, public information, project inquiries and the junk removal requests and hosted payments. Any separately accepted quote, booking confirmation or service agreement sets out the terms for the particular work it covers. These website terms do not change an existing service agreement.
2. Inquiries & pickup requests
Company project inquiries. Choosing “Send project brief” on ironhorseaes.com sends your inquiry to our team for discussion. A submission reference or delivery confirmation acknowledges the inquiry; it does not confirm availability, accept a job, reserve a crew or create a payment obligation.
Junk removal. You can submit photos or propose a price for review. No payment method is required to submit an offer. Payment follows agreement: Milad approves the original offer, or you accept a counter or photo-based proposal. Listed item and load products use the server-calculated price for the stated scope and access. We create and email a secure Stripe payment request for the agreed or published total. Stripe processes payment; we do not store card details. Dispatch separately confirms the pickup window and payment must be confirmed before pickup.
Before treating a job as booked, obtain the team’s written confirmation of the agreed scope, price, date and any applicable service terms. Website descriptions and planning resources do not guarantee a particular service, crew, vehicle, disposal option or appointment.
3. Estimates, payment & service agreements
Any estimate depends on the described work and its stated assumptions. Item quantities, access, materials, timing and changes in scope may affect a proposed price. A change to agreed work or pricing should be explained and agreed before the additional work is performed. These terms do not authorize us to add unagreed charges.
Before a paid booking, the applicable written quote or service agreement should identify the work, total price, payment timing and any deposit, cancellation, rescheduling or refund arrangements. These website terms do not set a cancellation fee, make a deposit non-refundable or authorize an automatic charge.
Where California consumer pricing rules apply, advertised prices must include mandatory charges except for legally permitted exclusions. Additional mandatory fees cannot be introduced only in these terms. Ask the team to clarify any price or proposed service term before agreeing to work.
4. Project & removal planning
Provide accurate information that you are authorized to share. For event work, identify the venue, timing, access restrictions, receiving contacts and required responsibilities so the team can confirm the actual plan. A website checklist does not book equipment or establish permission to work at a venue.
For removal planning, identify only belongings you own or have permission to have removed. Tell the team about stairs, elevators, parking restrictions, heavy or unusual items and known hazards before any service is agreed. Accepted materials, handling, access and any destination must be confirmed for the particular job. Do not treat a general service description as approval to include hazardous, regulated or prohibited material.
Reuse, donation, recycling and public pickup depend on the receiving organization’s or public provider’s current rules and acceptance. Our guides do not guarantee eligibility, acceptance, a donation receipt or a particular disposal outcome.
5. Using the websites
Use the sites lawfully and provide information relevant to a genuine inquiry or your own planning. Do not submit deceptive or unlawful material, impersonate someone, send spam, introduce malicious code, interfere with the sites, or attempt to access systems or information you are not authorized to use.
You retain your rights in information you provide. Share only information you have authority to supply, and avoid including sensitive documents or account details in a general inquiry. How we handle submitted information is explained in our Privacy & Cookies policy.
6. Website content & planning resources
You may view the sites and use their downloadable checklists and planning tools for your own household or business project planning. This does not grant permission to republish the websites, reuse logos or photographs, or claim affiliation with Iron Horse AES. Materials belonging to other owners remain subject to their rights.
We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but general guides can become outdated and may not fit a particular address, venue or material. Confirm current requirements with the responsible organization and with our team before relying on them for a job. Availability and website features may change, and the sites may occasionally be interrupted or unavailable.
Outside links are provided as resources. Their inclusion does not establish a partnership or endorsement, and we do not control those websites or their services.
7. Privacy & cookies
Our Privacy & Cookies policy explains inquiry handling, browser storage, optional analytics and session replay, retention and privacy requests. Optional analytics are controlled by your separate privacy choice. Reading these terms or submitting an inquiry does not opt you into optional analytics or marketing.
8. Your rights & concerns
Nothing in these website terms removes consumer rights or remedies, or excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Responsibilities for booked work depend on the applicable service agreement and the law.
If you notice an error or have a concern about the sites or an inquiry, contact us using the details below. Contacting us is not a condition for exercising any legal right and does not change any applicable deadline.
9. Updates & contact
We may update these website terms as the public sites change and will show the revised date above. A website update does not retroactively change an agreed quote or service contract. Any change to agreed work or service terms requires the agreement applicable to that engagement.
